El Centro, California - Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia will be in El Centro as he will be presenting an Emergency Solutions Grant from the California Department of Housing & Community Development to Womanhaven for rapid re-housing, homelessness prevention and emergency shelter efforts in the area.
